Our 2016 Christmas Tree Festival. This year was a record year for us, both in the number of trees entered and the money we raised for charity. We had a target of 50 trees this year, and at 4.30 on Thursday afternoon our fiftieth tree arrived, so a big thank you to all the entrants who made it all possible. Our two nominated charities this year were the Martha Trust. And Citizens Advice, Dover and Deal. And we were pleased to present them with cheques for 1,000 each at our Carol service in December.
