Weaving in the doll's House. April 25, 2012. I am Martie Manley and live in Stellenbosch, a very beautiful town in the Western Cape, near the Mother city, Cape Town. Stellenbosch is an old town, surrounded by big mountains, and a small river that runs through it. Stellenbosch is actually the second oldest town in South Africa. Our house here in Beynes is build on the bottom of a hill and on the front of the plot. Yes, right on the pavement. If I stick my arm out of my kitchen window, I could touch the cars that pass. Really : ). This photo is old. Danie has made us a beautiful wooden gate in the meantime…. Ok, this is what we have bought.
