Dylan lost his first tooth! Lots of excitement. Dyan lost his first (bottom) tooth on Friday, 22 February, in the airplane, just after touching down in SA. Diaries of a Pixie Princess. A couple of months ago we went to the South Coast for the weekend and decided to take Aunty Kel with us. We managed to do a bit of shopping while Daddy babysat and most importantly we spent time on the beach. Tyler loved running around on the sand with the wind in her hair. Diaries of a Pixie Princess. The Big Move . from cot to bed. We bought this cute little mini antique bed for Tyler at the auction and couldn't wait to transfer her. I must admit it was like having a new born baby again - she kept on falling out the bed, followed by a confused cry and I had to tuck her back in. Fun on the farm with Cousins Georgie and Hilty. So, it's nearly Christmas which means Sinterklaas is back in town. He arrived, along with all his Pieten friends and his horse, last Saturday. Despite the international attention concerning 'Zwarte' Piet, everything carried on as usual. It may have had racist beginnings, waaaay back when, but nowadays it's really just an old tradition filled with fun, excitement, songs, family, and of course, presents and sweets! News from Korea and around the world. Wednesday, 26 February 2014. Lily teacher and I were born exactly 1 day apart, and we didn't know it until the last minute! So we went out for dinner after school last Tuesday to celebrate at one of my (and Stella's) favourite places here near Yangji. Monday, 17 February 2014. It's graduation week. It's been emotionl, as these things are. Last week, we had the annual concert and watching all the kids in action was super fun and entertaining! Andy - Sweet and innocent.

Summer in Italy: Caorle. Our last 2 summer holidays turned out to be a little on the chilly side. This year we decided to take no chances and just keep driving until we reached somewhere where we were guaranteed of sun. We weren't disappointed! Our first stop off was a hotel, on the beach in a gorgeous small town called Caorle (East of Venice). Playing in the sea. Any guesses what song is playing on the beach now? Fun in the sand.
