Chop veggies roughly and armelize by cooking over med (or med-low) heat in bacon grease with some salt - add some butter for good measure if you want! A cast iron skillet works best. Heat oil in pan quite hot, drop garlic in briefly and toss in kale, stirring frequently until wilted (just a few mins). Splash on some lemon juice and salt to taste and serve immediately.
