Camp Sites and Trails. Exit I-84 in Pendleton and take US 395 South. Watch for an exit to the Spring Creek frontage road after about 8 miles. Turn off Frontage Road on to Shaw-Lower McKay Road. Shaw-Lower McKay Road is paved for a short way, then turns into a dirt road at the intersection with Motanic Road. Bear right. Stay on this road, pass Popcorn Lane, then merge on to McKay Creek Road.
