Concentration of Wealth is Dangerous. B The inheritance and gift taxes must be over 50% to avoid run-away wealth concentration (it is simple mathematics). C To close the trust loophole, any trusts (other than spousal trusts) should be taxed upon payout at the same rate as if the entire amount had been inherited as cash.
