Thursday, September 30, 2010. Skipped one, made up one, added one. Well, it's turning into a recurring theme - missed my swim workout. This time I had an excuse, not that I would have needed it. I left my workout bag at my daughter's gymnastics studio Tuesday night and it has all of my swim stuff in it - swim suit (yes, I only have one), goggles, etc. Not back there until tonight. Monday, November 22, 2010. I just signed up for Ironman Arizona. I am so excited (I must be nuts)! Sunday, November 21, 2010. Saturday, November 20, 2010. I ran long on Thursday - nuff said. I may not be there the night they videotape, but he said he would make arrangements to make sure I get videoed so he can point out the issues that he is seeing. Úterý 3. dubna 2018. Knockin on Heavens Door 8B. Knockin on Heavens Door 8B. Pondělí 26. března 2018. ČP v obtížnosti Praha - 1.místo - doplněno o video z finále. Jde snadno, ta druhá za cca 10-? Mi vychází tak tak. Pak máme asi pětihodinovou pauzu a jde se na finále, kde čekám další 2,5 h, než můžu nastoupit. V rámci rozlezu si vylezu několik "repre" boulderů, ale co to je? Top mi zaručí 1.místo. Těsně před topem končí Rishat Khaibulin a třetí je Kuba Hlaváček. Pěkné, zase se po čase navázat na lano.
