Me and three other guys had our heads shaved at the local pub on Friday night while raising over $1200 for the Leukaemia Foundation. The sound of one hand waving. My preparations for this year's City-Bay fun run. Are, shall we say, a little bit behind schedule. I'd like to say that I'm ahead of where I was at this time last year because I didn't start training last year until August, but since I haven't started training yet this year I'm really no better off at this stage. If I'm to put in a better performance than last year's debacle. If anyone else has any training or motivational tips, I'd love to hear them. How I feel right now.
