Common Scents: January 2009
http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2009. I find that my infrequency of Blog posts is due as a direct result of the sporadic activity centered round my writing. Unlike a more accomplished writer I haven’t given up my day job. And the time between writing activities tends to move at a petty pace. I thank Brian and Imagine Schools for this overwhelming opportunity, and I thank all the kids who showed such excitement about. I know that there are many potential skunk scouts in that crowd. Common Scents: Skunk-Guy Goes Looney
http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2011/05/skunk-guy-goes-looney.html
Saturday, May 21, 2011. One of the great things that I love about the Skunk-Guy legacy is that it draws people in. It creates a sort of game that people want to play along with. Contributing their bit whether it be a bad pun, a story line, the name of some villian or just a query to become a Skunk Scout. I would like to introduce you to the latest Skunk Fever victim that I have had the pleasure of running into. Her name is Maeghan Looney. But when I saw her take on the outfit and the character I was floo...

Common Scents: Something Familiar, Something Peculiar
http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2013/02/something-familiar-something-peculiar.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. Something Familiar, Something Peculiar. Coincidence number 3: This is the big one. After years of tweaking and adapting the official aegis of my series the Skunk Symbol, developing the whole skunk wrapped in his own tail image, I was knocked off my chair when I came across this logo for Skunk Works. Same idea worked out a little differently. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Something Familiar, Something Peculiar. Marty's Stage and Screen Review.

http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2013/08/skunk-guy-goes-to-camp.html
Thursday, August 8, 2013. Skunk-Guy Goes To Camp. This past summer I had the privilege of being the guest author at Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Reading Camp. There were three different camps conducted that met at various locations in Indiana. I was contacted by. Cleo Swager, the director of the program for at risk readers. I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I arrived at my first camp. I was thinking troubled readers,. Probably a lot of wild and unruly kids with ADHD overload. These kids were great.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. As the release of the second Skunk-Guy book is now underway. I find myself examining options to promote it. I have set out a local press release, (that is now available on the NEWS page at skunk-guy.com). I am scouring the book review websites, which I will submit copies for their review. But I have noticed a myriad. I would like to put a challenge out to these reading blogsters. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Marty's Stage and Screen Review.

Common Scents: From Skunks to Turtles.
http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2011/06/from-skunks-to-turtles.html
Friday, June 10, 2011. From Skunks to Turtles. As a writer I have recently stepped out and tried my hand at play writing. It is a different medium than book writing mainly because with a book the writing process is completed once the book is finished. With a play the work really isn't completed without a staging of the play. The cast we assembled for Turtle Soup has been so enthusiastic and insightful. I would like to post a special thank you to everyone. Terry and Lisa Ellis. Dennis and Lauren Nichols.

Common Scents: January 2010
http://skunkguy.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 2, 2010. Norman and The Stinking Space Goo. Over night ya know. It was an arduous process, many elements had to be considered, several titles were tested and in the end the stinkest title won out. This third volume introduces some new characters and brings back some more familiar ones. Norman finds himself facing a tremendous challenge when a revenge plot threatens to blot out Skunk-Guy all together, nuff said. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
