May 19, 2010. 拿饭时， 我们通常都是先拿病人的， 在拿 operation theatre 的饭。 今天我拿饭， 翰菁拿蔡， 忽然， 今天A&E的病人多了， OT医护人员得加班， 就多了人吃饭。 不巧同时， admit进来的产妇也多了， 结果， OT不够25个饭。 厨师就不高兴了， 我们跟他说不够时，他只是一味的跟我们说他不知道哦， 他2点要放工了 他们早午餐的是做6点到2点的。 我们也不知道该怎么办， 最后， dietary clerk就叫另一个厨师帮忙煮过25人吃的。 之后， 就听到先前的厨师跟dietary clerk说 嘛系已郎邦卡绝了， 波呗背镐也， 我做米gia ho谢ho谢也， 已no郎呗gia也。 翰菁结束order时 都还没那么多的order啊 意外嘛， 怎么可以算在我们头上呢. 午餐时， MS Chan 来了， 说医生投诉说今天的饭菜太少吃不饱。 整整剩下1 tray(20人份 的菜. 翰菁在午饭后就有跟我说了， 晚上有10个人出院。 This entry was posted in 实习天.

June 11, 2010. 进了kitchen helper，快一个星期了， 每天忙着准备厨师们一天要的菜，其他配料， 午饭后还得做点心， 还要按时给病房送食物去 一天送6次 ， 还要洗地，整理等等。 为了可以多学点， 我几乎每天都是早上7.00 就到医院报到，晚上进要9.00 才会。 我学会了一些小点心， 学会了食物运送的flow， 还会了 快手快脚. 得在800阿么到10.00am间把一天的菜给准备好， 两个小时， 由 4-5 个人 包括我 准备。 刚开始， 我真的更不上大家的速度， 拖慢了大家， 因为他们还得跟我解释东西放哪儿啦， 要怎么做啦等等。 因为， 如果做错了， 中 抢 的都不会是我， 在厨房里， 常常中弹的会是这些helper们。 所以我也很小心， 不要行差踏错， 免得mak cik 们要替我受罪。 就拿今天， 我不知道， 也没想过要问 自己的错 我削萝卜时就不晓得原来萝卜的切法有粗有幼， 就跟着自己的方法切， 切了大约有3条， makcik 才跟我说， 切错了， 煮Buddha Fist 和Ashgourd要粗点的。
