I love whole food based energy bars, but can’t always justify spending the money. I found a great recipe via Pinterest on a food blog, www.anjasfood4thought.com. And modified it according to the ingredients I had on hand. They are delicious, chewy and filling! I find them especially useful when I get hungry during long nursing sessions.
