We (Ava and I) had to actually get dressed today since I went back to work and she went back to daycare. I think it’s the first time we’d been out of pajamas/slouchy clothes since Christmas Day – even the social worker saw us in really casual wear. Disclaimer: I know it’s December (and I know my mom will be appalled when she sees that Ava is barefoot in these pictures) but it was 76 degrees outside. J was in shorts and I (who am ALWAYS cold) had on capris and a tank top. Ava was actually too warm in the velvet dress so we only changed her into it right before we started taking pictures. And put away some of the laundry baskets full of clothes that usually sit around until we use up all the clean clothes OR until we need the basket at which time we most often just stack the clean clothes on top of the dresser.
