The Butler Zoo: 3/31/2012
http://thebutlerzoo.blogspot.com/2012/03/3312012.html
Saturday, March 31, 2012. Cole had spent the entire time making artwork for Mindy. He is quite creative and loves to do artsy stuff when he is not doing things such as wrestling, playing in the dirt, building a beaver dam with his brother (yes, he and Parker - according to Parker - built a beaver dam yesterday). The boys spent much of the afternoon destroying the house room by room. Have I mentioned that we're excited to move to a real home, one with a basement and a yard? An Open Letter to Lana Del Rey.

Rachel's rants, raves, and other ramblings: MRI
http://rachelbcampbell.blogspot.com/2013/01/mri.html
Rachel's rants, raves, and other ramblings. Wednesday, January 16, 2013. MRIs are pretty great. Aside from having to lie in a coffin sized enclosure for a substantial amount of time, it's not that bad. No one touches you, no needles are involved (unless it's a contrast MRI.), and you can stay fully clothed in your very own clothing! No hospital gowns required. Hooray! January 16, 2013 at 12:46 PM. Yeah, there are some upsides. But the question is why the MRI? January 17, 2013 at 2:22 PM.

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn: What a difference a day makes
http://adventureswithtandk.blogspot.com/2013/04/what-difference-day-makes.html
Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Saturday, April 27, 2013. What a difference a day makes. Every time Tom holds him up over his head. Now Tom says it for him. Apr 7 - bath time. The things dangling from the arches above his play mat can entertain him for a little bit as he flails his arms about and sometimes makes contact. This development has made it so much easier to duck away to get something done. Apr 6 - baby burrito. Other things he has discovered:. April 28, 2013 at 6:06 AM. This post is definitely...

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn: 6 Weeks
http://adventureswithtandk.blogspot.com/2013/03/6-weeks.html
Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Tuesday, March 5, 2013. We're not sure where the time has gone, but we now have a 6 week old baby boy. He is growing so quickly! In the past few days I've noticed that he isn't the same skinny baby he was before. His cheeks are filling out and his legs are getting chubby. He has also really started to smile (of course, every time we bring the camera out he stops grinning). So much fun! These weren't always 3/4 length sleeves. Thanks, Maryanne, for the adorable onesie!

Favorite Books for Young Readers 2010 – Casa Camisas
https://casacamisas.wordpress.com/2011/01/17/favorite-books-for-young-readers-2010
Favorite Books for Young Readers 2010. January 17, 2011. By popular demand, the list is back! Although, it’s a bit simplified this year. In the past. I’ve included images of every book, annotations for each book, and sometimes even a. To each book’s Amazon.com page. You know what that is? About five hours’ worth of work. And considering that I’m only 2 days away from Baby Katie’s due date, five hours is a commitment I just can’t make right now. So fire up those library cards! Clever Jack Takes the Cake.

The Butler Zoo: September 2010
http://thebutlerzoo.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 29, 2010. It is now the end of the first set of classes. I've spent so much time in team meetings. No meeting tonight though! But there is accounting homework, an 8-minute speech (not reading a transcript), and a team paper. Final presentations and exams are next week. Then there is a week spent doing career development stuff and we start the race again. Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Added to the picture. I'm headed to NY for the weekend. I'm excited to see Brooklyn again.

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn: And he talks
http://adventureswithtandk.blogspot.com/2015/03/and-he-talks.html
Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Sunday, March 29, 2015. Phillip has been saying some words for months now, but I feel it is really picking up and felt like I should document some of it. He said 'dada' and then, eventually, 'mama'. The Dictionary (according to Phillip):. An or en = milk. Nigh = blanket (perhaps derivative of putting a blanket on him and saying night-night). Woof-woof or woo-woo= dog. Ca = cat, duck (quack). So = snow or other precipitation. Zizz= fizzy water, seltzer. Ahao OR hao = help.

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn: May 2012
http://adventureswithtandk.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Friday, May 25, 2012. I started writing this post two weeks ago. It has kind of turned into a monster - sorry. The following weekend, Tom and I had a really fun, whirlwind trip out to State College for my brother's graduation from Penn State's MBA program. Congratulations Andrew and Mindy for surviving two crazy years! Two weeks ago Tom worked both days and this past weekend he was on Saturday. He's on again this Saturday as well. It's going to hold a lot of lumber. We pu...

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn: April 2012
http://adventureswithtandk.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Saturday, April 14, 2012. We moved into our house just over two weeks ago now. The lease on our apartment was up at the end of March and we had no desire to waste any more money on that place so - ready or not, here we came. We had a few goals before we moved in (a greatly pared down list from the list we made in January when we closed):. 2 Make way for appliances. 3 Get at least one bathroom up and running in its entirety. 4 Mop as many floors as possible. We decided to ...

Adventures with Tom and Kathryn. Sunday, May 25, 2014. I'm done with Sundays, time to come up with a new name for the day and start over. Now if I can just get my heart rate down and stop seething I'm going to go and try to forget this morning and just enjoy the time I have with my family. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
