Monday, February 28, 2005. Here Dead Lie We Because We Did Not Choose. Here dead lie we because we did not choose. To live and shame the land from which we sprung. Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose;. But young men think it is, and we were young. I also thought this poem is clever because by the title, and the way it is written like past tense (we were young), sounds as though the poet wanted it to sound like the dead is writing it. Tuesday, March 29, 2005. Reflecting on the course My personal course evaluation. Over all I am unfortunately disappointed with the course. However, I do think the course had great potential to be something great, but due to the several curve balls that were thrown at the course as a whole, it overall struck out. 1 I found there was no direction as to what to blog about. Free expression was encouraged and then kind of discredited. Just a question, why were we not given course evaluations? Long day at work.
