The results for Jack's genetic testing came back and everything was negative. He did not have any of the connexin mutations. There is also a mitochondrial mutation that can make people more susceptable to gentamicin induced hearing loss. Jack was negative for this as well. Labels: aminoglycosides and furesemide. Both Jack and Julianna had their first day at school. Julianna started first grade on Tuesday and Jack started the Hagedorn Little Village School yesterday. We haven't been anywhere to take pics, so I guess I will fill in with what we have been up to the past month. Charlie is teaching his first ALL (gifted) class of 6th graders.
