As I’ve said in earlier posts, your resume needs to be scannable not only by hiring managers, but also by ATSs, so a simple format is best. Here are my recommendations. Use a basic type style, such as Arial, Georgia or Helvetica. Your resume is a business document, not a showcase of Word’s creative fonts.
