Our Month as Vegetarians. Our Month as Vegetarians. THE ELSMO FOUR GO VEG HEAD FOR A MONTH. So the kids have decided we should become vegetarians for a month (all three meals a day) and Leif and I jumped on board! Only time will tell. This adventure is not about show boating all kinds of chefy skills; this is about finding easy flavorful vegetarian week-night meals my kids will eat and totally enjoy. I am even using a recipe collection and grocery lists provided on a food blog called Eat Close to Home.

Our girl is Philly bound and now we are all craving. A wiz wit cheese steak! These are very exciting times. Sunday, April 26, 2015. Sunday on the Pitch. Our Month as Vegetarians. Saturday, November 29, 2014. Thanksgiving 2014: Dish of the Day. I love having a wacky array of Thanksgiving side dishes and my menu this year featured everything from dim sum dumplings to bourbon Brussels sprouts. While our mashed potatoes with panko and Parmesan were out of this world and our locally sourced turkey was the star of the day, I have to say that my favorite side this year had to be this super simple confetti corn! 10 bacon slices, chopped. 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

I cant believe my little boy is heading to Middle School in the Fall. My little mathematition scored a 270 on the Map Math test, 200 is average for a 5th grader. 270 is in the 98 % for a high school Sophomore. Karrick has the highest score in the history of his grammar school (that his teacher knows of). Baby M 6 mo.
