Friday, 25 January 2008. Happy Burns Day to you all! Hope that you are all going to be tucking into your 'Haggis, neeps and tatties this evening! We certainly will be. Little Padruig will be piping in the 'Haggis' for us - a very traditional family we are! For all you Roddy Macleod piping fans, will be pleased to see the new launch of Roddy's website. At which downloads of his interpretations of a catologue of piobreachd can be purchased - enjoy. Today winds of 40 to 50mph. Slainte mhath form us all here!

Friday, 11 January 2008. Happy New Year to you all! Hope you had a great time over the festive season and that you managed to keep away from the winter flu's! We are all just beginning to recover from them, that's why the belated New year to you! Elgol celebrated in ther usual fashion, a dram here and there, and bed about 7am! This last week we have had awful weather, Wed 9th was severe gales. Huge disruptions to some schools, transport and 16 Calmac ferry routes disrupted. Thatched Cottage, Isle of Skye.

Wednesday, July 10, 2013. I'm kinda having trouble with the fact that my sweet baby is no longer a baby. He is such a big boy. He is thrilled that he is finally four. (He has been trying to convince everyone that he has been 4 for months). I am so proud of this guy. He truly brings so much joy to our family.
