山里を歩いていると働き者の 呑み助 衆と 遊び好き 衆が、昔から多く住み着いている集落の存在を聞かされるが、益田川のほとりにたたずむ下呂市萩原町羽根地区もたぶんにそんな雰囲気が漂う。 その羽根地区にある 丸田屋 という酒屋で 羽根道楽 という酒を買い求めることを毎年、楽しみにしており、今年も５月の中旬、立ち寄ってみた。 有志三十数人が担い手不足の三反二畝 さんたんにせ の田んぼを舞台に、代かきから田植え、ヒエ抜き、稲刈りと一年をかけて育てることを楽しみ、地元の天領酒造に依頼して出来上がるのが 羽根道楽 である。 羽根道楽 は酒米 ひだほまれ を使用し、純米酒にこだわっている。 羽根道楽 四合ビン火入れ 左 と生 右. 羽根道楽 の四合ビンの 火入れ と 生 をそれぞれ一本ずつ、袋に詰めて車の座席に乗せた。 羽根道楽 を二本、置いてみたが、 グッと冷やしましょう ということになった。 もちろん冷えた羽根道楽をともにしていただくが、洋メニューには 生 、和メニューには 火入れ をグラスに注いでじっくり味わってみた。 Email yamanji@mwe.biglobe.ne.jp.
