Tuesday, May 1, 2007. A very fine, happy week! Sunday 29.4 -17.4 K - 1:18:02 - Länsiväyläjuoksu. A nice mass run in Espoo, Finland. Steady state, 4:29 minutes per kilometre. Very easy to run steadily under the anaerobic threshold. Happy about that. Saturday 28.4 -50 K biking - The first bike "tour" this year.

In May and in June I got used to run and cycle a little more than earlier during this year. Still the weekly doses of running were some 60-80 K . which means a normal marathon training. 17 days to go.

Niin kuin tiedetään DNF tulee sanoista Did Not Finish eli ei päässyt loppuun, keskeytti. Kun viimeinen kierros (yhden kierroksen pituus noin 1,8 km) kesti noin 45 minuuttia, niin ajaksi 85 km:llä tuli 9:45. Pääsin siis komeasti kymmenen tunnin aikatavoitteeseen!
