Wednesday, September 28, 2005. Wellfinally the Singapore Flyer is starting to be built. Cool.can take that wheel in 2 and a-half year's time. However, as I was reading the newspaper, the location is at the marina promenade area.and also next to a part of the Benjamin Sheares bridge, would it cause motorists to look at that new icon of Singapore when they drive past and forget to look ahead?
