Westfield Area Self Advocacy. Dvocacy is a network for local self-advocacy groups in Western Massachusetts to work together. Self-advocates meet 10 months of the year to share their experiences and work on projects. West Region is one of five regions in Massachusetts. Self-advocates in the west region are part of the statewide board, Massachusetts Advocates Standing Strong. In order to meet the needs of the self-advocates in our region we developed a mission statement. Our mission is as follows:.
