So that's a relief. My friend Joy, who was going to to the detox, quit on the morning of the first day. I guess it's not for everyone. Weight check: Between 122 and 123 pounds. I've been meaning to buy measuring tape, to measure my waistline and everything, but it is cold here and it takes a lot for me to go outside!
