My New PPN’s being Spirit al Growth and True Health was a total game changer for me. We are now doing SloFlo every day as well as meditating right after we finish sloflo. Week 8 Where is my TV. November 21, 2014. Wow was I a miserable failure. I had the biggest pair of scissors I could find, and yes I was full of determination. I just could not commit TV suicide. I just could not cut off the plug. The good news is that I have not watched TV at all this week and I have not missed it at all. Great exercise for forming new habits and achieving more.
