Gorgeous gold, red, and copper dot the city helping us embrace October and the coming of Halloween. October has also brought big changes for my service site, the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Two big projects have finally kicked off-. 8211; Starting October 31. Portland has a new curbside collection service! Everyone in the Portland area.
