Manooh goes New Zealand. Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Yesterday, Alex and me went to the Marae. At uni at 6 in the morning to attend the New Year's celebration, called Matariki. It was freezing, and clotheswise I was not prepared to sit outside for an hour. The beginning was quite interesting, but at the end there was one guy talking in Maori for half an hour, so it was pretty boring. I was in desperate need of a blanket and a babelfish.
