Belgian Cara Ruby 1kg. 由於這次有妹妹和老婆的幫忙, 所以特地詳細的做了實驗預報, 以免溝通不清手忙腳亂. 一開始煮了12L 的水到77度, 加入麥芽後的水溫為69.8度, 比預計的69高了0.8度. 一個小時後, 用優碘測試, 沒有變藍, 很好很好. 只下降了一度, 嚇一跳. 本來是想讓糊精多一點, 不過現在可能要擔心會不會太多Orz. 加了 26L的沸水殺菁, 其實是為了沖淡一點, 不過本來預計要到 73度的, 最後只升到 71.4度. 因為等過濾手會很酸, 所以架個梯子把它綁起來. 不過由於太重了, 實在是不好綁. 雖來有點不太好看, 但 DIY無價!
