At the end of our first week on Phase 2, I figured I'd do a little update blog to let you know where we're at. On to the stats! I have lost my loading weight. That's about it. (My own fault, I'm fine with it. Pass the Dove sugar free caramels.). Paul is down 9.2 pounds. NINE POINT TWO. IN SIX DAYS. Good stuff going on over here.
