Our hugely popular alliance headteacher breakfast meetings will continue in 2015-16. These will happen. On the last Tuesday of every month from 8-10am. The idea is that we share things that have worked led by the host headteacher doing a very short presentation which stimulates a discussion. Then, at 9.15 there will be the option to look around the host school. Themes and host schools are not planned in full because we want volunteers as the year progresses! Tuesday 29 September 2015. The JPD bar modelling group has focused in on representing number relationships in years 1 and 2 and we have split into sub-groups to do some research and team teaching in each other’s schools. Our aim is to produce guidance based on real lessons for teachers in Y1 and Y2. Our next whole group meeting is at Torriano on Thursday 28. April, where we will pull together our findings.
