Friday, April 29, 2016. Today, Rowan class have been making friends with a stick. They had to really get to know their stick, then pick it out of a pile. Afterwards, they imagined they were the stick and created some brilliant poses! Another fantastic time was had by all with Mrs Kelly, Mrs Sait, Mrs Hills and Mrs Doyle. More adventures coming soon. Sunday, November 15, 2015. This afternoon we have been writing algorithms for Daisy Dino and ALEX. Phoebe made Daisy do some street dancing! We learned that Daisy and ALEX will only do what we ask them to do. The algorithms we wrote became trickier as we went on. We really had to think! Today we are writing about fireworks . Thursday, March 24, 2016. What a fantastic success our cake sale has been! After lots of preparation from Miss BB's Read, Write inc group and then the rest of Rowan Class, with posters, cake making and final preparations, we finally got round to selling our cakes. Wednesday, July 13, 2016. The Old School Hall. On Friday we went down to the Old School to find out what it was like to go to school there. We learned so much from looking around and from asking questions to the lovely people that we met, who went to school there. They told us lots of interesting facts. Sunday, June 26, 2016. Wildlife photographers, nature spotters! This week we were photographers whilst we were out and about. We are going to make our own identification charts, so needed to practice taking close-up pictures. What do you think? After that, we went into the nest to start preparing for a woodlouse investigation. We want to find out what conditions they prefer in their habitat.
