Many hands make light work'. We started the take-down around 3 pm and were finished by 5 pm. However, I forgot to take any pictures of the take-down. Arnold's World Jamboree Adventures Blog. Wednesday, August 8, 2007. Day 17 - Tuesday August 7th. PACKING UP AND CLOSING CEREMONY. Today was spent packing up in preparation for the evening Closing Ceremony. Here is a picture of two of the IST's from Quebec, as they headed off for Canada House (very lightly loaded) as they have to depart at 2:30 am to catch their 10 am flight back to Canada from Heathrow. Here is a picture of a Scout at the main stage with his kudu horn as we waited for the ceremony to start:. A picture of part of the Sunrise Ceremony:. At the end of the ceremony each Scout was challenged to get 100 signatures of other Scouts on their sunrise scarf which was a great way to end the ceremony on a high.
