J and L Selman Family Blog. Saturday, November 3, 2012. A whole bunch of cooking. I got the idea online and hunted down a bunch of recipes that sounded tasty. Crockpot freezer meals! 8 went in the freezer, one got cooked for dinner, and one got put in the fridge for dinner the next day. So this round I made, Honey Rosemary Chicken, Orange Chicken, Beef Stew, Cilantro Lime Chicken w/corn and black beans. The fresh meals we ate were the Cilantro lime chicken and Beef stew, and they were both great!

When I first talked to Nick about why he needed to take meds, I told him his brain cells weren't communicating. He was early teens or still even in the tween stage - 11 or 12. He said, "Oh, you mean my brain cells are blond and the medicine will help them be brunettes? No, it's not Prozac). New research suggests it's already here.

Monday, June 7, 2010. View from my window…. I have to say that I love the new apartment. A big part of the reason is that I get to this view most every night. Tonight was just a little bit better than the usual, because it had just finished raining when this stunning sunset showed up. I absolutely LOVE it!
