Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Ashley, Jenna, and Haley are Avery's cousins but really. She thinks of them as her sisters they treat Avery with such love and kindness. Girls I LOVE YOU! Posted by The Mortensen Clan. WE HAVE A FIVE YEAR OLD! We had a family party for Avery Sunday night, she ate lots of cake and she opened lots of presents. It was a happy day! Friday, February 12, 2010. Superheroes, an ending, catching up, and Pierce turns 4! I did not know for sure if this day would come, but now that it has it has been totally worth it:). We also celebrated pierce's fourth birthday! I am so glad I have such an awesome family that my son can't get enough of and who love him so much:) Once again it was a blast and it was spiderman and batman on the cake (of course). He is such an angel and he keeps getting more and more fun with every year! Ah, brotherly love:).

Sunday, October 12, 2008. Taraka and I took the kids to Green bluff. We picked out pumpkins, ate warm pumpkin donuts, and fresh Carmel apples. I think eating the yummy treats was my favorite part. But the kids had fun climbing the haystacks, sliding down the slide, jumping in the castle and walking through the kids haunted house. It was fun day. Cole and Owen taking a brake. Monday, December 28, 2009. I am pretty sure that it doesn't get any better than watching your kids on Christmas:) I was loving it this year- aside from the minor glitch of pierce's surgery (adnoids and tonsils out) a week before Christmas- I couldn't have asked for anything more! If every day was Christmas I could easily have 10 kids.but luckily there is the day after to knock me back to reality:) Here are some of the highlights. Thursday, November 1, 2012. We had another great halloween this year. Here is Grace working on painting her pumpkin. Our church did a TRUNK OR TREAT. All the kids walked around to peoples trunks and received candy. Our Hula girl and our duck. Grace for school dressed up as a Baker. With sass of course!
