We’re debating on whether we ought to open them right away and make sure our Thank You notes are timely or if we open them all when we’re back from our Honeymoon and write them all at once. At the moment they’re unopened and sitting in the living room. It’s like Christmas. Saturday we went to our cake tasting…which was awesome. Almond cake, raspberry filling, white buttercream frosting.

For me, one of the top ten perks of having my newborn back in 2009 was at Christmastime. I finally got to join the troops of parents who made the cute holiday cards out of their kids' photos that I'd always envied.
