I learned later that posts needed to be set up in reverse in order to be chronological from the top down! Connections between the existing 25,000 gallon concrete cistern, pump room and house. The particulate filter and ultraviolet sanitation unit are located in the house, as close as possible to the end point of use. Underground connections between the Pioneer cistern and the pump room.
