Clipper 11-12 Round the World Yacht Race. Week 2 Pt 1, Race 8 Leg 5.2. Really short update. All is good and tactics still to be played out aboard WtY. A very busy time was had in San Fran, with major Maintenance, circa 10 hours up the rig (Mast) carrying out thorough checks after the relentless beating we had accross the Pacific…. Clipper 11-12 Round the World Yacht Race. Week 1, Race 8 Leg 5.2. Well Hello from WtY! What an awesome stopover it was in Singapore! Excellent arrival celebration and a couple of quiet nights out on the town! The departure celebration by Keppel and Singapore tourism were absolutely amazing! I took part in a corporate sail and managed to make it on to Singapore TV and also meet all the WtY VIPs. Cannot forget to mention, the visit by some of the crew to Raffels! 🙂 I must know kind of what I am doing then?
