Sorry about being inactive for a while. A problem I constantly face, regarding running, is motivation. I always tell people that I love to run. I tell myself I love to run. However, when I don’t have a race scheduled, I don’t seem to ever run. Even when I do, I wait until the very last moment to prepare. So how does someone train for an event like this?
