Monday, April 26, 2010. Last Friday was "caps for cure" at school. If you bring money to donate for the cure for cancer you get to wear a hat. Lately Aubrey has been all about being a cowgirl! Sunday, November 6, 2011. My Granpa Ramiro Gallegos passed away on September 27th. It was bitter sweet. He has been ina bed for pretty much the last 6 yrs. kids don't remeber seeing him any other way. He was either in bed or on hi recliner. They don't ever remeber seeing him walk. Sunday, November 6, 2011. This year we decided to have a halloween party for the kids. Im glad we did and its probably something we will do every year because they had sooooo much fun! Austin and Aubrey both got to invite a few friends. We had pizza and rootbeer with dry ice. We Bobbed for apples, which was their favorite thing! We had a donut contest, and played monster tag! It was loud and crazy for 2 hrs, but it was fun. I would have been worried if it wasnt loud! Then we knew they were having fun!

Sunday, November 6, 2011. I cant imagine life without these 2 girls! Aubrey is such a whitty smart loving girl. She is so good at everything she sets her mind on! If she wants something she works super hard at it! I admire her drive and ambition to be the best she can. And Hailey is our little family clown! It was Haileys first year, and may be her last :) Her team was the purple unicorns! It was kind of a challenge to keep her on the field. In the meantime I am looking at his xray and notice that his clavicle bone looked funny. "Hey doc did he break is clavicle bone at one time? Wednesday, January 26, 2011. We decided to do a staycation for the kids winter break. We get tired of traveling since most of our family lives super far away. We drove 15 minutes from our house and stayed in a motel that had a separate kid room with bunk beds and tv (so great to not have to share a tv with the kids). Thursday, December 16, 2010. For FHE monday night we tryed out our new popcorn popper. I have fond memories of the one we had when I was a kid. so when I saw them at walmart I new we must have one. It was super exciting and of course way better than microwave popcorn. We are huge popcorn eaters at our house. Maybe I should just leave it sitting out on the counter permanently. And baby monkey had lots of fun at school parties, ward party, friend party and hip hop dance class party. We were busy little trick or treaters this year. So much fun! Our little monkey is a thumb sucker. We think it's so cute! At our ward party Conor and Crew did the donut from a string contest. It was so funny! Crew could not get a bite. Not from lack of trying! Such a sweet big bro.
