私は 目の使い過ぎじゃないの スマホゲーム止めたら と言ったんですが、一向に聞かず逆に私に言うと説教されると思ったのか、それ以後は隠れてゲームをする始末。 でも、それが良くなかったのか、 それから徐々に 目の奥の痛み を訴える頻度が増えてきて、時には頭痛や吐き気なんかも一緒に出るようになってしまったんです。 ただ、眼精疲労の症状の中にも、 抑うつ や イライラ 不安 というものがあり、ストレスが先か、眼精疲労が先かを見分けるのは難しいかもしれません。 夫はPC禁止とかスマホ禁止とか厳しい対策はできない 夫が嫌がる ため、そういった無理する方法は止め、 できるだけ無理なく長続きするような方法を選んでいます。 アプリストアで ブルーライト 軽減 などと検索すれば沢山出てきますので、好きなアプリをいれてみてください。 PCの場合は、 ディスプレイについているボタンで カラー設定 を選び、青の数値を低めすればOK。 ブルーライト眼鏡も必要なのかな と思いましたが、PCやスマホで上のような設定をしている場合には必要ない 同じ効果 なんだそうです。
