The Josh RPG is still under development (slowly), so here’s what we’ve been up to so far:. Creating a script for the story, currently in 6 chapters (more may be put in). Working out game logic. Decided on running cutscenes using a video texture and a video file (OGG or AVI). Designing characters, including important details like pants for Jaydan. Progress Report – 24 April 2011. A lot has been done so far. Updates to the launcher includes an options menu and a splash screen. The game itself has an updated main menu (still doesn’t work at all), a movement system with a cube and the entire first map is in the game! Click on any screenshot to enlarge it:. 8221; button. The Josh RPG development is running smoothly! Here’s whats happening:. I am working on new maps and a way to implement them, such as inside buildings. Working on music change script (eerie music when moving into forest). Implementing a mouselook system. Creating a very low poly version of map to show on website using Burster. We also have a new member on the team! His name is Eren, and is going to be helping out with things like 2D graphics and texturing! We also have a new location on the web!
