http://arlissgammill.blogspot.com/2013/06/neil.html
Halftone Musings Redux (The Animation Version). Click for My Current Reel. Thursday, June 27, 2013. Let me start with my sob story:. But now it's 2013 and I have a second chance to meet him! He's giving a talk about his new book, The Ocean at the End of the Lane. Tomorrow, and I will be there! Recently I have become a little obsessed with the idea of how animation-friendly Neil Gaiman's writing is ("Odd and the Frost Giants," anybody? I figure, why not? But you can't win if you don't play! For those who ...

http://arlissgammill.blogspot.com/2013/04/picture-spam-bam.html
Halftone Musings Redux (The Animation Version). Click for My Current Reel. Sunday, April 7, 2013. The School of Cinematic Arts always has great exhibits. This is the Batsuit from "Dark Knight" in our smaller gallery space a few years ago. We also had the costume for the Joker as well as the Superman Suit from "Superman Returns.". It looks much better now because some hard working people got in there with gallons of paint! How do I hold this camera? YES Shaun Kim (far left), for example, is a hard core, b...

The newest season of Mythbusters is the best thing ever. BEST. THING. EVER. I cannot accurately explain how happy I am because it would involve writing in all caps like an idiot (see above). http://arlissgammill.blogspot.com/2013/06/texturing-living-room.html
Halftone Musings Redux (The Animation Version). Click for My Current Reel. Friday, June 7, 2013. Texturing the Living Room. A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Well, actually, it was maybe sometime last year that I started modeling a living room because WHY NOT. I had to stop working on it shortly after starting it because I was punched in the face by real life and living rooms have to wait in the face of so much being punched in the face. So, yeah. Fun! Ashley's Art: May 2012
http://roxyryoko.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Emily and the Kraken. It was supposed to be a joke on how Emily hates octupus arms and their suction cups, but it became more how to I make this now look pornographic! I wanted it to be underwater originally, but then the bridge didn't fit in the frame, so I changed it. I like the face and hands of the original sketch of the girl better than the version in the final. Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
