Ungsbakad kyckling med rotfrukter 1 port. 150 g Kyckling filé. Msk Kyckling fond eller en buljong tärning som värms i lite vatten. 1 Skala, klyfta och dela grönsakerna i jämnstora bitar, 2 x 2 cm kuber. 2 Blanda olivolja och kycklingfond i en skål, strimla kycklingen och blanda kyckling och rotfrukter med oljan, blanda väl. 4 Rosta i ugn 200 i ca 30- 40 min.
