John & Michelle: End of July events
http://johnandmichellelloyd.blogspot.com/2012/12/end-of-july-events.html
Sunday, December 23, 2012. End of July events. July 22 - John was called as the 1st counselor in the bishopric in our ward. Here he is in his new suit off to a meeting. One night I went over to help the bishopric with some technology. John is the youngest member of the bishopric. Our sweet Bishop (in the suit) has had to learn a lot fast. :). July 24th - Happy Pioneer Day to us! We hiked to Stewart Falls with John's sister, Julie and her son Zack. It was a perfect day for a hike. View my complete profile.

John & Michelle: My Loss
http://johnandmichellelloyd.blogspot.com/2013/09/my-loss.html
Tuesday, September 3, 2013. I haven't really felt like blogging since I wrote my last post about G'ma O. Until today. I had another loss this weekend and I've been thinking about it and crying about it for 3 days. This weekend we went up to Idaho with John's family to raft the Snake River. That was the super fun part! The jeweler has a record so I know I can have it remade someday. But for now, I am mourning the loss of my perfect gem. J and M Lloyd, est. 2004. John & Michelle: December 2011
http://johnandmichellelloyd.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 26, 2011. Temple Day (11.19.11). Jake decided he wanted to go through the Draper Temple. That morning, he had his missionary photos taken. Look closely at his tag - it says Elder Lloyd. No, that's not one of John's old tags. It belongs to a kid in our ward, Elder Floyd. Madelyn, our photographer, fixed that for us. Love technology. We decided to get in on the action as well. Go Lloyd missionaries! After that, we headed up to the temple. It was a great experience. Proud of you Jake! I ask...

John & Michelle: March 2012
http://johnandmichellelloyd.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 4, 2012. Jake goes into the MTC (12.28.11). The night before Jake went into the MTC, John gave him a father's blessing. That made me cry. After that, the stake president came over and set him apart as a missionary. The next morning we went to breakfast at Magleby's and then went to the Provo Temple for some photos. Jake and his brothers. Jake was a little nervous about jumping in his suit. The coat Jake is wearing was the one John wore on his mission to England 30 years ago.

Stier Stuff: Sam's Birthday
http://stierstuff.blogspot.com/2008/10/sams-birthday.html
Friday, October 31, 2008. Sam had a pretty low-key 7th birthday this year. Max came over for cake and ice cream but the big present was a parakeet! We have been researching pets for a month and finally decided on a bird. Sam named him Arnie (don't ask me where he got that! He is very sweet and quite tame. He loves to just sit on Sam's shoulder and we've only had him for a week! Did you know parakeets can live up to 14 years! Please do not tell me he's 7! November 3, 2008 at 8:16 AM. Our Little Macdonald Farm. Friday, July 4, 2014. We stopped at Pioneer Pastimes and the kids played all the pioneer games. It started pouring rain on us and were glad to be under the canopy. E and T Macdonald. Day #26 Driving, Carthage. We slept in a Walmart parking lot last night and there was a Burger King nearby with a drive-thru open 24/7. I heard a few people in the middle of the night shouting their order into the microphone. We should've been more selective where we parked I guess. :). We grabbed ...
