What a Wonderful World: July 2011
http://mattkatie.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
What a Wonderful World. The adventures of Matt, Katie, Scott, and Alice. Friday, July 1, 2011. We would officially like to welcome our daughter, Alice Marie, to the family! Born Thursday, June 30, 2011 at at 10:42pm. She was 8 pounds 3 ounces and 19 inches long (length may be incorrect). She is absolutely beautiful! That is the short version. Continue on if you are ready for all the fun details of THE Birth Story. My body quickly convinced me that I was actually in labor, so I decided to get ready! Matt ...

What a Wonderful World. The adventures of Matt, Katie, Scott, and Alice. Friday, October 15, 2010. The weather is cooling down, Halloween is just around the corner, and that means it is time to go to the pumpkin patch! This year, we took the recommendation from our good friend, Kristen, and went to Tanaka Farms. In Irvine. We started our family fun adventure by sending Scott through the hay-maze. It was just his size and he had a lot of fun running back and forth in it. Next time, I think I will have Sco...

http://mattkatie.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
What a Wonderful World. The adventures of Matt, Katie, Scott, and Alice. Monday, November 29, 2010. It's the most wonderful time of the year! I love the cold weather, the joy that the holidays bring, and spending time with family. This year we had two Thanksgiving dinners. First we went to Camarillo to have dinner with some of my family. We were lucky enough to avoid any and all traffic! It wouldn't have been so bad if he didn't refuse to wear his mittens, oh well, maybe next year? We just LOVE Halloween!
What a Wonderful World: August 2011
http://mattkatie.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
What a Wonderful World. The adventures of Matt, Katie, Scott, and Alice. Sunday, August 7, 2011. Today was a special day in Alice's life as she was blessed at church by her father. When Scott was blessed as an infant I explained the significance and purpose of blessings here. But basically it is meant to pronounce the name of the child as they will be known as well as offering them an inspired blessing of spiritual and temporal strengths and promises of blessing from their obedience to God's commandments.

What a Wonderful World. The adventures of Matt, Katie, Scott, and Alice. Monday, April 29, 2013. Where has the time gone? Ok folks, it has been two years since my last post. We are getting ready for some fun this summer and I wanted to make sure I documented all the fun! I need to get back on mine too! Daytrippi...

http://playingwithpaper-again.blogspot.com/2011/06/smiles-and-frustrations.html
Playing with paper.again. A little peak into my little world. Monday, June 27, 2011. Today I have a few pictures to show some of the smiles and frustrations we experience here at the Thompson household. First picture brings me a smile. Now this picture, did NOT bring me a smile! This is the book Heather was reading yesterday. Now, I asked myself this morning, "What on earth would make a dog want to chew up a book when their bone is right there? Well that's it from here for today. June 28, 2011 at 12:18 PM.
Alfred Adventures: Lillian's amazing summer journey
http://mre-man.blogspot.com/2015/08/lillians-amazing.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. Lillian's amazing summer journey. Here is great shot of Lillian's princess pink processor! We just had them adjusted (a new map) and I can tell it is different for her. She is working hard a listening. After her first and second day of activation, we took our Nana (my mom) to the third day. Nana has watched the brothers while we had all the appointments. It was good to show her what our appointments are like and to meet our audiologist. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Playing with paper.again. A little peak into my little world. Monday, May 23, 2011. We are so proud of Jeff. Saturday, May 21, 2011 was a very happy day for our family. Jeffrey Eugene Thompson finally acheived his goal, and graduated from Cal State Fullerton College. We are so proud of him, and all the hard work it took to get here. Him and Nicole made many sacrifices in their early years of marriage for this day to come true. I know they both feel that it was all worth it. Proud big sister Heather.
Alfred Adventures: February 2014
http://mre-man.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 20, 2014. This year we made Elliott's Valentines. Yes it would have been cheaper to have bought him some out of some box, but the time we spent planning them and making them was special. Plus I bought lolly pops that he will actually eat (no chocolate in the middle and no gum) so that had him thrilled. The kids had the day off of school so we partied. We went to the beach that Saturday and had the missionaries over for dinner that evening. Elliott's primary teacher from last year came ...
