We were supposed to come home Tuesday but stayed until Wednesday because we were having so much fun! The kids and Matt LOVED the pool too and spent quite a few hours down there! Whats left of the Shepherds. Thursday, February 4, 2010. My Hubby Challenge Project. I took Heather's HUBBY CHALLENGE very seriously but it took me a long time to think of something. Then I decided food would be good. Since I wanted it to be healthy I bought a lot of fruit, watermelon, pineapple. Lettuce, grapes, strawberries, oranges. And blackberries(and a little unhealthy chocolate.) This is what I came up with. First I used watermelon, lettuce, pineapple and grapes. Then I added oranges.

Trying to see a miracle in each new day. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Owen's birth story, 9 1/2 months later. I was scheduled to go into the hospital to be induced the morning of December 18th, 2013. I was 39 weeks pregnant. I was more than ready to not be pregnant anymore, and since Owen is our last baby, have one last labor and delivery. He was born, screaming, at 7:47pm. Friday, September 18, 2015. Our first house goes up on the market today. After our realtor walked through, I decided to take my own pictures - for memory. Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Baths in evening sunlight are as peaceful as it gets around here. I like to wait until the kids are upstairs before I fill Paige's bath in the kitchen sink, below a window with the most lovely barn and wooded view. She settles in, closes her eyes, and a sense of calm fills the room. Bath time is sweet with this precious girl.
