Seeing this sweet little girl take her first step was bittersweet. She has been standing on her own for a few days now, and this morning she finally took a baby step to me and Luke. Lillian meets more family! A special visit from cousins Mattox and Mason and Aunt Nancy and Uncle Stephen. He was born July 12th and is a sweet, healthy baby :) We were out of town when he was born, but were able to see him on his one week birthday. Ansley loved him, but didn't understand why she couldn't carry him around. Luke always loves little bitty babies, so he played with his toes and just admired him. Mattox is going to be a great big brother! You could already tell how proud he was of Joshua.And Stephen and Nancy couldn't be any happier! What a sweet addition to our family! What can I say?

Pool in april, i heart FL. First official pool plunges of 2012 :-) And I thought it was a little chilly but the boys actually swam for about 20 minutes. Luke and Ansley really LOVE Lillian. It's the sweetest thing. Luke loves to hold her. Ansley loves to help with her diapers, sing to her and bring her all her toys and she piles them around her :) I think Luke has said a hundred times "mommy I love our new baby" .I say all of this because I'm pretty sure it won't always be this way! Showing off his new pajamas and slippers :) which he insists on sleeping in all of it! This time with bug and some water colors :) at first Ansley thought the brush was make up. She was putting it in the paint then applying it to her lips! With all of the workers we've had coming and going, we pretty much are forced out a lot during the day. So we spent one afternoon playing soccer. And Ansley might be our star, she's pretty good at kicking! Boating on the bayou. Luke and Ansley's new favorite thing!
