The Boesen Blog: October 2011
http://bbandj-boesen.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Catch up with those busy Boesen boys (and their out-numbered Mom). Wednesday, October 12, 2011. A visit to Howell's Pumpkin Patch. They hydro-duckie race was a hit with both boys. A photo opportunity at the iconic Howell's sign. I think I have one of these from every year we've visited, and have managed to stay out of the photo each time. Jack tackled Mt. Haystack. When asked if he wanted to give it a try, Griffin said, "No. It's yucky and smells like poopy." City kids. Next we conquered the corn maze.

It's All About Ty and Ashlee: All About Ashlee
http://itsallaboutty.blogspot.com/p/all-about-ashlee.html
65279;Ashlee is our 6-year-old first-grade "princess." She loves to torment her brother, taking away his toys and his favorite blankey. She loves Tyler's attention, and considers him to be the coolest person in the world {much to his dismay}. She is a girly girl and prefers dresses and hair bows over jeans and sweatsuits. She likes painting her nails, wearing all of her bracelets and necklaces and pushing, er dragging, her babies around the house. Read all of Ashlee's posts here. Each Day Something New.

It's All About Ty and Ashlee: All About Parties
http://itsallaboutty.blogspot.com/p/all-about-parties.html
I love planning parties. I start planning the kids' birthday parties months in advance. As a child, my parents always made sure we had fabulous parties; I remember each so fondly, and I want my kids (and their friends) to do the same {it helps that we now have Pinterest. To feed party planning addictions}. Take a look at the parties I have planned just click the picture for more info:. Sadly, Tyler didn't have a party this year. Let's just say we're saving up for his 10th! Toy Story and Gymnastics.

Friday, June 26, 2015. Tyler spent the last week at Kanakuk's KampOut! And he loved it. So much so that he asked to go back next year before we had even left the first day. A spin-off of the reknowned Kanakuk Kamp near Branson, KampOut! Is a high energy, non-stop excitement traveling Christian day camp. College-aged counselors teach elementary school-aged kids about Jesus while doing amazing things, including rock climbing, ziplining, bouncing in inflatables and more. Posted by Tyler-Ashlee's Mommy.

Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Ashlee and friends had a second summer field trip. Monday that was a bit unforgettable for some . A behind the scenes tour of Kauffman Stadium. Home of the beloved Royals. Roger (Poppy) joined me on this field trip as he was curious about the behind the scene workings as well, plus, after the last field trip, I realized that extra hands were needed for some of these kids! Tyler was beyond sad/mad that he couldn't attend this field trip with us! After walking the outfield arc and...

Catch up with those busy Boesen boys (and their out-numbered Mom). Monday, December 12, 2011. 2011 Phelps Christmas Letter. Sally and Bill cheered on the Hawkeyes. Tom proudly displayed his handy work. Matter, and expects Santa to fill it. In proud parent news, Tom works at Pioneer as some sort of geeky corn and soybean geneticist. He’s recently gotten a promotion at work and has gotten to travel to help establish new labs as a “super user.”. John and Ashley in Memphis. On the seat. Then, she spent t...

The Boesen Blog: The big brothers stay busy
http://bbandj-boesen.blogspot.com/2012/11/the-big-brothers-stay-busy.html
Catch up with those busy Boesen boys (and their out-numbered Mom). Friday, November 2, 2012. The big brothers stay busy. Jack lost his first tooth this summer in a bite of lobster at Grandpa Tom's 60th birthday. This is when he lost his second tooth (he pulled it out after dinner one night). Jack was on the St. Augustin Cardinals flag football team. Griffin was the honorary ball boy for many of the games. Nothing like a cozy scrubber on your face while you snooze.
