Dont eat foods that have a wrapper. Also dont drink anything that has calories in it. Dont eat any sugar. Enjoy eating but dont have more than 2 pieces of fruit a day. Eat high protien, moderate carbs, and fat. Protein "shakes" are for around your workout and maybe with breakfast ONLY they are not to be used as meals.
