On my phone I've really got into podcasts (the ability to speed them up helps me a lot). Podcasts are a bit of a different beast than they were last time I listened some five or six years ago; They're much higher quality than they used to be, a more mature thing entirely. It's taken almost three years to finally get around to, but at long last this website is sporting a design and running on a CMS I actually like. I've a long history of dissatisfaction with the state of this website. And way back in 2012 I got so fed up with it that I archived it. All of that is now over, and a new custom Craft. Gettin on that blog bandwagon. Master Cleanse - Round 2 - Day 7. After not losing any weight for the last few days, I read the bulletin boards to read other people’s experiences with weight loss and the master cleanse.There was loads of discussion on curezone.com/forums. From the discussions on here, I decided to drop the flush over the weekend and reduce the amount of maple syrup. I haven’t even had the time to drink additional water or peppermint. Weight at 8pm: 140 lbs. Weight loss and our metablism.
