So all the removal of threads and complaints by one very cranky person, whose name shall remain anonymous (but we all know who it is) got me thinking about what the actual terms of use are. Maybe it is the budding attorney in me, but it does not expressly say, ';You may only discuss things relating to Maui in the Maui Forum and so on.'; This is not spelled out. In fact, it says ';as well as general postings';. Perhaps I am reading the rules incorrectly. What do you all think?
